In order to become an employee of Aura Electric Inc. for field personnel or management, a qualification test must be taken prior to hiring. This helps our company obtain qualified personnel. The applicant must also have prior schooling in electrical theory, before the applicant is hired. All of our employees have graduated or are participating inаa 4 to 5 year training program.
