ES&H AND CONTRUCTION SAFETY PROGRAM

1. We are dedicated to providing a safe and healthy environment for employees and customers, protecting the public, environment, and preserving AURA Electric Inc. assets and property. At A.E.I. our most valuable resources are the people who work for us and our customers. All injuries are 100% preventable. To achieve this objective, A.E.I. complies with all OSHA and NFPA-70 regulations and will make all reasonable efforts to comply with all government and SNL regulations pertaining to safety and health issues. An executive safety and health program is executed throughout our organization. All A.E.I employees are OASH 10 certified, Confined Space, CPR, First Aid, and Fire Extinguisher Certified.

AI.  A.E.I. formally Rowland Electrical Inc. has an established safety program that has been in effect since we started doing business in 1993.

AIII.  A.E.I. prides itself on our safety accomplishments. We have received letters of achievement for exceptional performance of work, quick response, and the safe manner for which we conduct business for out T&M contracts (Private Sector). Please see attachments.

2. The safety and health program will assist management and non-supervisory employees in controlling hazards and risks which will eliminate employee and customer injuries, damage to customer’s property and damage or destruction to the surrounding environment. All levels of management are responsible for ensuring safety. Safety is strictly enforced.

BI. All Employees of A.E.I. and sub-contractors will follow this program A.E.I. practices a zero tolerance for any breech of the establishment program. This program is designed to encourage all employees and sub-contractors to promote the safety of their fellow employee’s and customers.

BII. Lee Rowland is assigned to supervise and monitor our ES&H program with a zero tolerance to any safety violations. Lee coordinates safety meetings, inspects jobs sites and is our hazard analyst for risk management. Lee requires weekly safety meetings with random inspection of every job site to ensure the safety program will instill in out employees is being met.
