To Whom It May Concern:
It is my pleasure to write this letter of recommendation for Andrew Chavez, the electrical site supervisor for Phase III of the Edward Gonzales Elementary School project. He has worked at Edward Gonzales during the past year supervising the electrical hookup for the new buildings.
Mr. Chavez has always made himself available to bring me up to date with the progress of the building and any conditions that need my attention. He is very knowledgeable about his work and how it impacts the needs of my teachers, staff and especially students. He has provided information to me and my staff about safety conditions that require a response from our M&O department.
Mr. Chavez always has a smile on his face and greets staff and students alike. I will miss his smiling face and attitude as he moves to his new work.
Please call me if you have questions about Mr. Chavez.
Thank you!
L Michael Carrillo, Principal

Dear Mr. Jones,
One of my valued suppliers has asked me to provide a letter of reference for his construction firm and particularly the teaming effort between his company and one of his electrical subcontractors.
MV Industries (MV 1) and Aura Electrical
(AEI) have teamed together on numerous construction projects during my six year tenure as a contracting representative at Sandia National Laboratories (SNL) in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The types of projects and delivery methods include major renovations, new buildings, design-build projects and many small value T&M jobs. Each project has been delivered on schedule and within budget.аThe project management provided by MVI is extremely efficient at anticipating and minimizing cost impacts of changes that arise during construction. Change order management and communication with subcontractors are distinguishing strengths of MVI.
SNL typically sees a higher number of change orders on renovations, especially in the electrical
discipline as our standard drawings do not always reflect the existing systems. AEI has been proactive in verifying field conditions and communicating any deviations from the drawings through MVI as the unnecessary delays in construction. SNL to request revised drawings from the design MVI is extremely efficient at n schedule and within budget. This teamwork allows firm and avoid Exceptional Service in the National Interest
Sandia National Laboratories will continue to solicit bids from MVI for construction jobs of all sizes and complexity.
Please contact me ifyou have any questions or would like further information.
Regards.

To Whom It May Concern:
I write to recommend to your Mr. Andrew Chavez.
Mr. Chavez has been heading up a crew doing electrical work at Edward Gonzales Elementary for a number of months. I wish to commend Andrew on several points:
1 . The work being done has required access to a storage room with electrical panels. This room contains much valuable equipment. I spoke to Andrew last year about the need to keep the equipment secure and the door locked when he was not in the immediate area. Mr. Chavez has followed up admirably and we have never had an item go missing during two academic years.
2. There are times when construction workersТ language can be a bit rough for tender ears. Since our school has young children, I and others have spoken to individual workmen about the need to tone down swearing. I note that Andrew has done a fine job ofreminding his co-workers ofthe need to honor this when children are present.
3. When I casually mentioned that last year weТd lost power to several outlets in the storage room through the use of space heaters, Andrew located the circuit breaker for me and we were able to restore power.
It has been a pleasure to get to know Mr. Chavez.
Sincerely,
