Quality Control

Aura Electric Inc prides itself with established administrative and project management procedures, which include a Total Quality Management (TQM) program that has a direct and positive impact on our production capabilities and overall quality of services. The A.E.I. program includes the following:

• Principle-in-Charge involved in every phase of every project. One project manager ensures single point responsibility through all phases.

• Each project is staffed by tested, qualified personnel who will follow the project from initial start through construction completion.

• A.E.I. has project managers with backgrounds in building type, scale, and complexity of the project at hand to ensure the QA-QC.

1. If in the event A.E.I was approached with an inefficiency or “unsatisfactory” performance during construction or after completion there would be an immediate effort to rectify the situation to the SDR’s approval.

2. Each project will be assigned a qualified project manager who will thoroughly monitor the project for date of award to completion to assure 100% QA-QC.
